Education/Certifications
Ali is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with ACE with thousands of hours of hands-on fitness coaching experience over the past 10+ years. She is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and certified RRCA Running Coach. Ali was a collegiate swimmer who transitioned into competing in running and triathlon events. Ali teaches the Bulldog Fit, Core & Flex, Speed & Agility, and some of the Yoga classes. She heads up the U FIT 6 Week Challenge program and is also available for personal training, small group training, and nutrition coaching.
