“We plan on keeping students safe with a new method this year,” said Nick Smith, coordinator of activities in the Center for Leadership, Activities and Career Services. “We usually reuse headphones, but this year we will have 300 headphones. There will be a fresh set of headphones for every person who RSVPs. We will also be marking spaces on the grass 6 to 7 feet apart to maintain safe social distancing.”
This free event, part of Bulldog Beginnings, is sponsored by Entertainment Unlimited and the Student Activity Fund.
The EU coordinates various events each semester, including comedy shows, film screenings, concerts and grocery bingo. For more information about Headphone Disco, visit the website.
