Ferris State University’s Center for Leadership, Activities and Career Services has
partnered with the Mecosta County Area Chamber of Commerce to host the annual Bulldog
Bonanza event on Wednesday, Oct. 5 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the University Center.
Bulldog Bonanza is an opportunity for students to get familiar with local businesses in the Big Rapids community, as well as services offered by campus departments at Ferris and the different RSO’s (Registered Student Organizations) that students can join.
“Bulldog Bonanza is a great event to allow all of our members to showcase their goods and services to incoming freshman,” said Jennifer Henizman, executive director of the Mecosta County Chamber of Commerce. “It’s always a really exciting event, and everyone should come check it out.”
As in the past, Bulldog Bonanza features coupons, freebies and more that will be given away by participating businesses and organizations. The event will take place on both the first and second floors of the University Center building.
