Tyler Karum

He is: A third-year Criminal Justice major from Muskegon, Mich.

What do you like most about Ferris? Tyler likes that the faculty members are very willing to work with students who need assistance.

What do you enjoy about your academic major? The amazing people that he has met through the Criminal Justice program.

What student organizations are you involved in and why? Tyler does engage in activities beyond his academic major. He mentioned that he is a part of the choir here at Ferris because he enjoys singing.

How is Ferris preparing you for your future? He indicated that Ferris is very hands on as far as instruction. Tyler finds this approach to be extremely helpful relative to learning.

Why should Ferris be a top choice for others? Ferris has great teachers, and that is something that really stands out.

What is the best part about being at Ferris? Tyler indicated that it is far enough to get away from home, but close enough to go home whenever he would like.

Why was Ferris your number one choice? Ferris has a great Criminal Justice program.
