"As a way for our area's workforce to build skills and stay competitive, the ability for people to earn a Ferris degree in Muskegon is extraordinarily important," said Ken Clark, continuous improvement coordinator for Howmet Castings and Ferris adjunct instructor. "As an instructor in the ITM program, I value the personal interaction I have with the students in my classes. The real life examples they bring to discussions gives us the opportunity to talk about how to actually apply what we learn to our work."
