TimeClock Plus does not use Java and is supported in all browsers.
“Kronos does not work well with the updated versions of Java and is inconsistent with how it runs. Any program that reduces the stress and anxiety of my student workers will be a welcomed change.”
– Teresa Brown, Academic Support Center
TimeClock Plus reduces manual entry and streamlines the approval process. In turn, mistakes and keying errors will be minimized.“Streamlining the manual entry of time off into a spreadsheet at the department level and hand entering time in Payroll.”
– Erin Diehm, Student Financial Services
TimeClock Plus is replacing both Kronos and PurelyHR/Time Off Manager. As such, all employees (as applicable) will use TimeClock Plus to clock in/out, check their punches, acknowledge hours worked, request leave, and see projected leave balances.“Transitioning from two programs to one system is a big benefit.”
– Cindy Horn, University Recreation

TimeClock Plus is becoming our “system of record” for leave balances, instead of Banner. All accrual rules and banks will reside in TimeClock Plus (vacation, sick, personal, comp time). As such, the new system will be required for all exception/leave time requests.
