Now you can! The Technology Service Portal was created with you in mind. The Technology Service Portal allows you to create your own tickets, add extra notes to your ticket, and more. A fix is just a click away!

You can:

  • Submit a ticket
  • Check the status of a ticket
  • Add comments to the ticket to give the technician more information
  • View upcoming and recent changes/maintenance to major systems
  • And more!

Note: The Technology Service Portal is not for emergencies or password help. You will need to call the IT Services for those problems.
