Dr. Reger is an Assistant Professor of Public Health at Ferris State University’s College of Health Professions.  He received his PhD in Epidemiology from the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University, with a minor in Health Informatics.  He completed his Masters of Public Health (MPH) at Indiana University, and Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Purdue University.  Dr. Reger’s research is focused on modifiable risk factors, particularly nutritional factors, associated with increased or decreased risk of certain chronic conditions.  His current research has been to establish the association between total and individual phytoestrogens and the risk of mortality and incidence of cancer and cardiovascular disease in the U.S
