One Day for Dawgs is Ferris State University’s annual day of giving. It is a day where Bulldogs from across the country and the world come together and to make a difference to students, programs, departments, and other campus causes.

The goal of a giving day is not just to raise funds, but to also create connections between our students, alumni, and supporters as they collaborate to do great things for the students of Ferris State University.

I want to fundraise.

  • To be eligible to participate in One Day for Dawgs, your cause must have a university-recognized development account. However, an organization that has independent financial accounts can raise funds for an on-campus cause. Fundraisers must also have the permission of the program, college, or organization they a raising funds for to conduct the campaign.

Find out if your group is eligible by contacting Megan Eppley at [email protected].

  • Leading up to One Day for Dawgs, Team Leaders will create fundraising campaigns for the causes they are the most passionate about. These teams will be promoting their causes and seeking gifts via email, social media, and word of mouth.
  • Throughout the day, there will be challenges to unlock funds for the winning fundraising team. These gifts will go towards their campaign total. By making a gift on One Day for Dawgs, your supporters can help your cause earn extra dollars and be a part of this global day of Ferris philanthropy.
