Financial Information

The financial aid process is complicated, and it can be hard to tell where to start. Helping students control expenses and manage debt is a priority at Ferris. Our financial aid advisors provide educational tools to guide you through the financial aid process, including cost of attendance, deadlines, Free Application for Federal Student Aid, scholarships and more.

Ferris offers a combination of need- and performance-based scholarships. These range from scholarships with a four-year value of more than $51,720 for qualified incoming freshmen and up to $5,500 per year for qualified transfer students. In the last academic year, Ferris awarded more than $29 million in institutional scholarships and grants. Learn more about scholarships.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) process evaluates your eligibility for federal student aid based on your family size, income and other resources. Every qualified applicant is eligible for a minimum of $5,500 in low-interest federal loans.
