Eliza Anderson - Labor Relations & Equal Opportunity Assistant

Eliza Anderson comes to Ferris State University’s Office of the Vice President and General Counsel as the Labor Relations/Equal Opportunity Assistant having discovered a zeal for the legal world enlightened by office best practices.  As a Teacher Consultant and Institute Fellow of the Crossroads Writing Project at Ferris State University, Eliza taught, tutored and adjudicated writing and other subjects in Newaygo County elementary schools while raising children on her husband’s family farm.

A variety of lived experiences across the country and overseas has informed her freelance writing career before bringing her home to Michigan.

When pursuing her Bachelor’s degree from Millikin University (Decatur, IL), Eliza was twice-named captain/MVP of the Cross Country and Track teams and earned CCIW All Conference recognition and assorted distinctions for running the 10K.

Eliza has held responsible positions in many local organizations supporting the education of parents and their children.
