Kelley has worked with teachers across the state of Michigan since 2004, and offered one-on-one and team curriculum consulting, as well as, designed and facilitated Professional Development workshops, conference break out session and keynote. She also designed and taught in the online Educational Technology Graduate program at Grand Valley State University from 2014 - 2018, as well as when needed. She is one of a handful of experts in Michigan on Gifted Education and has worked on committees at the Michigan Department of Education for years, as well as facilitated training and designed a fully online course on understanding gifted and twice exceptional learners.

As an Online Design Consultant at Ferris she was part of a team of two develop the current online course design program for the eLearning department, and trains faculty with guided learning to create high quality online courses. As part of the faculty training she has designed and facilitated a beginner and advanced online training course for those designing their own online courses.
