Securing an Account

All full-time and adjunct faculty and all administrative and professional staff are welcome to have a Digital Measures account. Initially, some colleges provided a list (via a spreadsheet) of the individuals who should initially have accounts created while others came in by departments or in small batches. Because there will be hundreds of accounts, we prefer the most efficient methods for creating the accounts, which would include a list or spreadsheet that contains the full name as reported in Banner along with the Banner short ID (often a last name followed by a first letter). A process is under development to automatically generate new Digital Measures accounts following completion of each hire. These will be activated at the College or major unit level (such as RSS, Student Affairs, etc.).
