Virtual Yoga Classes

We are have hired a Yoga instructor to help lead some virtual Yoga classes for our students, faculty, staff, and members. If you are looking to participate in these classes, please email Justin at [email protected] for the schedule and Zoom links. 

Down Dog App

The Down Dog app allows users access to Yoga, Barre, HIIT, and other workout classes. During this time, you can download their app or go to their website, downdogapp, create an account using your ferris.edu email, and have access to all their videos. 

Michigan Hiking Trails

Getting outside and hiking is one of those activities supported through the "Stay home, Stay safe" order. Michigan is loaded with hundreds of miles of awesome trails. If you're interested in finding trails near you, please follow the link: Michigan Hiking Trails . You can also download the AllTrails app to find hiking, running, and biking trails. Please remember to practice social distancing while enjoying the outdoors
