Students will be allowed to move freely from the weight room to the gym, or from the upstairs cardio area to the gym. However, students will not be allowed to go from the weight room to the upstairs cardio area or vice versa.

Reservation Guidelines

Due to limited spaces available in each workout area, students are encouraged to reserve a space ahead of time to guarantee a spot in their area of choice. Students will be asked to check in at each location upon arrival. Each workout session is 45 minutes long. Students can not go from one space to the other. They must workout in that same space for the entire 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, each area will be cleared out and cleaned by SRC staff. You may reserve back to back workout times, but will still be asked to leave the area.
