Ferris State University’s West Campus Apartments offer housing options for students and students with families. Living on campus allows students to be within walking distance to classes in any academic building. It also provides all-inclusive pricing to allow students more financial stability. Parking is included in room rates for returning students. Applicant must be a fully accepted, matriculated student and must not have any outstanding debt to the University to apply for an apartment.
Available to students age 19 and older are two, three, and four bedroom apartments. Amenities include a washer and dryer, a main living area and an upstairs with two, three, or four bedrooms. Rent is charged by the bedroom. Residents have a private bedroom and share main living areas with roommates.
Family housing is available for both married couples and single parents. Each court has a bus stop for school-aged children. The entire complex is adorned with trees, bushes and interconnecting sidewalks. There is a playground for the children which includes basketball courts, plenty of green space and a play station for younger children.
All of the buildings are positioned around the West Campus Community Center, creating a community environment perfect for meeting new people and interacting with fellow students.
Cardinal & Finch Court
Cardinal and Finch typically houses a majority of our traditional undergraduate single students.
Robin court typical houses a lot of families.
West Campus Apartments offer several choices for single students with two, three, and four bedroom options, as well as choices for students with families including two and three bedroom family apartments. Residents of West Campus Apartments retain access to their residences throughout the time of their contract period.
The Ferris shuttle comes to the community center with stops throughout campus.

Desk Service Assistants: Student employees that work the front desk.
Community Advisors: WCA has 7 CAs. CAs are student employees that are community leaders and meant to aid students living on campus. Each CA has designated residents assigned to them, primarily based on floor location.
Senior Staff Advisor: The senior staff advisor is a student staff member that manages operations of the front desk and various CA tasks.
Community Director: The Community Director is the professional staff member in charge of day-to-day
supervision and overall management of the staff and building.
