Workshops

Workshops are offered and facilitated by Counseling Center staff.  Topics and scheduling of workshops varies from semester to semester in order to meet the requests, needs, and availability of students. 

Participation in workshops requires a written consent to confidentiality guidelines for the benefit of all members.

Test Anxiety with Dr. Christopher Richmond

This is a stand-alone workshop that will discuss Test Anxiety and walk students through practical strategies to lessen this specific anxiety and stress. Participants will learn about and practice four unique strategies to help reduce test anxiety.
