Oct. 22, 2020 - The University was notified on Thursday, October 22, 2020 that an employee in Auxiliary Enterprises (Prakken) tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was last working on Campus on October 20, 2020.

Oct. 21, 2020 - The University was notified on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 that an employee on the third floor of the Timme Center tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was last working on Campus on October 14, 2020.

Oct. 20, 2020 - The University was notified on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 that an employee in Finance tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was last working on Campus on October 16, 2020.

Oct. 19, 2020 - The University was notified on Monday, October 19, 2020 that an employee in the online program tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was last on Campus in March.

Oct. 8, 2020 - The University was notified on Thursday, October 8, 2020 that an employee in the Athletics tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was last on Campus on October 8, 2020.

Oct. 6, 2020 - The University was notified on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 that an employee in Birkam Health Center tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was last on Campus on October 2, 2020.

Oct. 4, 2020 - The University was notified on Sunday, October 4, 2020 that an employee in the University Center tested positive for COVID-19. The employee works remotely and was last on Campus on September 30, 2020.

Oct. 4, 2020 - The University was notified on Sunday, October 4, 2020 that an employee in Arts & Sciences tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was last on Campus on September 30, 2020.

Sept. 29, 2020 - The University was notified today that an employee in the Physical Plant tested positive for COVID-19 and was present and potentially contagious on the Big Rapids campus. The employee’s contacts have been assessed by the Birkam Health Center and have received notification. The employee was last on campus September 25, 2020.

Sept. 29, 2020 - The University was notified today that an employee in Arts & Sciences tested positive for COVID-19. The employee works remotely and was last on campus on September 15, 2020.

Sept. 21, 2020 - The University was notified today that an employee in the University Center tested positive for COVID-19 and was present and potentially contagious on the Big Rapids campus. The employee was last in the University Center on Monday, September 14, 2020.

Sept. 18, 2020 - The University was notified today that we have two dining employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 and were present and potentially contagious in The Rock and The Quad on the Big Rapids campus. The employee in The Rock was last in the location and on campus on September 14, 2020. The employee in The Quad was last in the location and on campus on September 17, 2020.

Sept. 14, 2020 - The University was notified on Sunday, Sept. 13, 2020 that an individual who tested positive for COVID-19 was present and potentially contagious in the University Advancement & Marketing Office on the Big Rapids campus. The person was last in the location and on campus on September 3, 2020.

Sept. 4, 2020 - The University was notified on Friday, Sept. 4, 2020 that an individual who tested positive for COVID-19 was present and potentially contagious at the University’s Starbucks location in the University Center on the Big Rapids campus.

Students experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should schedule a virtual visit through the Birkam Health Center Healthy Dog Portal. For medical questions, please contact the Birkam Health Center at (231) 591-2053. Faculty or staff should contact their primary care physician and/or call (833) 559-0659 to receive a Spectrum Health COVID-19 screening.

If you receive a positive COVID-19 test result, please report your status via the secure link on our COVID-19 website.
Wear a face covering inside University buildings and in any situation where social distancing is difficult.
Practice social distancing (6 feet)
