Ferris Ranked Among the Midwest's Best in 2019 U.S. News and World Report Rankings

College of PharmacyFerris State University once again ranks among the top Midwest and statewide universities in U.S. News and World Report’s 2019 Best Colleges Rankings.

Ferris tied for 22nd among the Midwest’s top public schools. The university tied for 94th, overall, among the Midwest’s top regional universities. In “Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs,” Ferris tied for 100th.

Several online Ferris programs earned rankings from U.S. News and World Report. In “Best Online Graduate Business (excluding the Master of Business Administration),” Ferris was tied for 26th; in “Best Online Graduate Nursing Programs,” the ranking was 58th; in “Best Online MBA Programs,” the University was 83rd; and in “Best Online Bachelor’s Programs,” Ferris was 107th.

Among graduate schools, Ferris tied for 60th, in Pharmacy; 114th, for Kendall College of Art and Design among fine arts programs; and 220th, in Social Work.

The annual U.S. News and World Report rankings are based on numerous factors, including campus life, financial aid, the first-year retention rate of students, quality of the faculty, the range of academic programs and graduation rate.
