  • August 19, 2019 from 9:30 a.m.-noon
  • August 19, 2019 from 1-2 p.m.

  • If you are new to the dual enrollment program and are taking classes on the Ferris State University-Big Rapids campus, the Big Rapids High School, Crossroads Charter Academy, Mecosta-Osceola Career Center, or Morley Stanwood High School campuses, you should attend orientation. 

    You may review the online orientation guide if they are unable to attend a face-to-face orientation session.

  • Dual enrolling in college courses while still in high school is a great way for you to expand your interests and experiences while earning credits that may help you complete your college degree sooner. To help you prepare for the dual enrollment experience, the FerrisNow Program holds orientation for students and their parents/guardians.

    You will receive a confirmation email that includes information about parking.

  • Orientation will be held in the Arts and Sciences Commons, room 1015 on the main Big Rapids Campus:

    We suggest parking in Lot 10 (by Williams Auditorium) or Lot 71 (by the Science Building).

    You do not need a parking permit to park on the Ferris State campus during the summer.
