Jody is an academic advisor in Retention & Student Success. She began her work at Ferris in 2014, before which she was a TRiO Student Support Services Director. Jody has a background in advising, teaching, federal education grant management, Foreign language, volunteer management and student development. She completed B.A. in English and French Language and Literature at Grand Valley State University, and her M.A. in Education at St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
