Calendly is an online scheduling tool that makes it simple for students to schedule an appointment with you. It links to your Office 365 account to make sure you're available and then adds scheduled appointments to your Outlook calendar. Calendly also integrates with Zoom, making it a great way to schedule virtual appointments.

Connecting Calendly & Zoom

Using MyFSU, you can quickly find all of your student's email addresses and send them a mass email. Follow these steps.

1. Login to MyFSU and select the Faculty & Advisors tab. Then select the Summary Class List link.

   
   

   

2. Select the term and click Submit.

   
   

   

3. Select the CRN of the course you want to email and click Submit.

   
   

   

4. Scroll to the bottom of the Summary Class List and click the Display Email Listbutton.

   
   

   

5. Scroll to the bottom of the Summary Class List again and you will find the email list. Highlight the list of email addresses and right click the highlighted area. SelectCopy from the pop-up menu.

   
   

   

6. Open Outlook and create a new message. Right click in the To field and select Paste. All of the addresses you copied from MyFSU should now be in the To field. Compose and send your message.

Zoom is a video conferencing and screen sharing tool that simplifies remote meeting with individuals and large or small groups. Setting up and using Zoom isn't complex, and they have made it easier by providing many video tutorials.

Zoom also integrates with Calendly.
