- Your students have become orphaned users within your WebCT course. If the users have no content (i.e. assignments, discussion board postins, grades, etc.) that need to be preserved, then you can fix this by deleting all of the students and reimporting them being sure to use the "add multiple students from a registered course" option on the import students page.
- If the users have content that needs to be preserved, you must contact the WebCT Administrator to fix the problem.
