Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and Cisco Clean Access
If you are a Mac user and have upgraded to Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, you will find that Cisco Clean Access will not work right and you will not be able to access the network on the Big Rapids Campus. If you are having this problem, please call the TAC, we will be able to get you set up to access the network again. On a local area network (LAN), the MAC address, also referred to as hardware address, is your computer's unique identification number. Each device on a network has a unique MAC address; those devices that support both wireless and wired networking will have a MAC address for both network interfaces. Please find your computer's MAC addresses before calling... Steps to find it are here
