In an effort to efficiently collaborate internally and with customers, we are establishing a team support model for Enterprise Technology Services. Jim Cook, Manager of Enterprise Technology Services, will now be responsible for several services and employees supporting the services.

The new support model consists of Server, Network Infrastructure and Database teams. Each team has a team coordinator and employees are assigned to multiple teams to facilitate collaboration and enhance support depth for the services we provide.
