Computer Services from STS

If you have a Dell computer and it is under warranty, we can fix it at the West building for no cost to students!*** * Student Technology Services (STS) does not guarantee the success of any self installation or assume any responsibility for any damages to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment that may occur as the result of a failed self-installation. Persons bringing computers to STS for service resulting from failed NIC self-installation will be assessed the network software installation fee for reinstallation of network software. STS does not guarantee the network compatibility of Network Interface Cards purchased from other vendors or warranties any NIC installation performed by any other vendor. STS will attempt to install a NIC into any computer that meets the minimum FSU STS criteria but will not guarantee successful connection for computers not designed for network use.
