Introduction

Information from each page that is visited is stored on the computer to improve the speed of web browsing. These files need to be cleared out on a regular basis. If you have any questions, call the TAC at (231) 591-4822.

Clearing the Cache
  1. Open a browser window. Click Tools then Internet Options.




  2. Click on Delete Cookies.




  3. Click OK.




  4. Click on Delete Files.




  5. Select Delete all offline content and click OK.




Deleting Browsing History
  1. Open a browser window. Click Tools then Internet Options.

  2. Click on Clear History.




  3. Click Yes.
