Information from each page that is visited is stored on the computer to improve the speed of web viewing. These files need to be cleaned out on a regular basis. If you have any questions, call the TAC at (231) 591-4822.

To Clear the Cache in Internet Explorer

  1. Open a browser window. Click on Tools then Internet Options.




  2. Click on Delete Cookies.




  3. Click OK.




  4. Click on Delete Files.




  5. Select Delete all offline content and click OK.




  6. Click on Clear History.




  7. Click Yes.
