Payment Dates: Find payment deadlines.

Computing ID and Password: One week after receiving your acceptance notice, you can log on to your personal campus information through MyFSU and send and receive university email. Find log on instructions here.

Technical Support: The Technology Assistance Center (TAC) is your first point of contact for computer support.

Grants, Scholarships, Aid, Loans: Find out how to apply for financial aid.

Accepting Financial Aid: Get more information on applying for financial aid and forms.

Employer Tuition Reimbursement: Does your employer offer tuition reimbursement? Our ETR program allows you to defer any portion of tuition your employer pays towards your education.

Payment Using E-Bill: Pay your tuition electronically via E-Bill.

Refund Policy: You must contact your regional office for any class drops or withdrawals immediately.Get the refund schedule here.

FerrisConnect Online Tutorial: Find out if online learning is right for you.

Request Transcripts: Order official transcripts. Unofficial transcripts can be viewed by logging into MyFSU.

Change Your Name: Find the name change form.

Change Your Major: Before you change your major, you will need to meet with your academic advisor. Make sure you meet the program's admission requirements.

Textbook Advance: If you're receiving financial aid, you may be eligible for a $400 book advance.

Ordering Books Online: Order textbooks online through Ferris' online bookstore operated by Barnes and Noble.

Health Insurance: Ferris offers a health insurance plan for students and their families.

Library Resources: A full range of online library services are available through FLITE (Ferris Library for Information, Technology, and Education).

InterLibrary Loan for Distance Education: Books and journal articles can be mailed without charge to students off-campus.

Michigan Works!: Answers to frequently asked questions about this program can be found here.

Student Software: Students can purchase software at a reduced rate.

Veterans Benefits: The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid - Veterans Administration is available to assist you with questions you may have about your educational benefits.

Writing Center: The Writing Center provides services to help improve your writing.

Weather & Cancellations: Listen to your local radio and watch television to find out if your location is closed due to weather. If you must call, phone numbers are available online.
