Junior outfielder Emily McLean hit .412 with a team-leading seven RBIs during the week's six games as Ferris State went undefeated.

Ferris State is presently midst a six-game winning streak and has won eight of its last 10 contests to date. The Bulldogs are averaging 5.67 runs per game (34 total runs) during that six-game span while holding the opposition to 1.0 an outing (six total runs).

Ferris has outscored its opponents in every inning this season except the third frame (26-22). The Bulldogs have tallied a team-best 34 runs in the fifth inning and have 17 more runs in that stanza than the opposition.

Sophomore catcher-designated player Allison McKibbin (Hemlock) is batting .395 (15-38) in her last 13 contests and has hit safely in 10 of those encounters. McKibbin also has compiled four multi-hit efforts during that stretch.

Junior outfielder Emily McLean's (Rogers City) 33 RBIs this season in 38 games currently ranks 10th best among Ferris State's all-time single-season leaders and is one shy of tying Jaymee Kent (34 RBIs in 1999) for ninth place. McLean has recorded a team-leading eight multiple RBI games this spring and is also the Bulldogs' leader with 14 multi-hit game performances.

Sophomore first baseman Laura Crower (Midland) is batting a career-high .336 (36-107) this season in 36 contests compared to .255 (14-55) in 27 games a season ago. Crower has also knocked in a career-best 26 RBIs with three home runs this year after having five RBIs and no roundtrippers in 2004.

Ferris State's top three RBI leaders this season - Emily McLean (33), Allison McKibbin (29) and Laura Crower (26) have accounted for 53.9% (88-163) of the squad's production.

Senior pitcher Rachel Chartier (Marquette) has went 5-1 with a team-best 1.51 earned run average in her last seven appearances in the circle. Chartier has struck out 29 batters while allowing 11 total runs in 41.2 innings pitched and holding the opposition to a .200 batting average (31 total hits).
