The 2008-09 Ferris State University men's ice hockey team will be featured on the Central Collegiate Hockey Association's (CCHA) All-Access show next week, February 27-28, on FS Detroit.

The Bulldog hockey team will be profiled next Friday, Feb. 27, at 5:30 p.m. (EST) and a reply of the show will take place Saturday, Feb. 28, starting at 11:30 a.m. (EST). The CCHA All-Access program is available to viewers via Charter Communications on channel 33. The show can also be seen on Dish Network's channel 430 and DirecTV on channel 663.

CCHA All-Access, which is presently midst its third season, is a half-hour weekly show which showcases behind the scenes footage of the 12 CCHA-member institutions. The 2009 season of CCHA All-Access airs for 10 consecutive weeks through the conclusion of the current 2008-09 CCHA season and is hosted by Michael Kosta.

"The teams of the CCHA are really the perfect subjects," said CCHA All-Access Show producer Alex Wright. "Every program we have visited has been extremely accommodating, allowing us to create the kind of behind-the-scenes programming that really brings the game home to the viewer."

The CCHA All-Access crew came to Ferris State in early January 2009 and shot game footage of the Bulldogs' Jan. 9 home league contest against Western Michigan.

A highlight of the CCHA All-Access' profile on Ferris State will be a human interest story by Shireen Saski on junior forward and 2008-09 Bulldog team captain Cody Chupp (Big Rapids).
