Received ice time in 32 of team’s 39 games . . . Finished tied for sixth place among team’s top points producers with 15 points and was second in freshmen class scoring . . . His nine goals on the season represented a tie for third most on the squad . . . Registered a season-high three points (1-2=3) in season-opening series finale against Union (10/7) . . . Accounted for the Bulldogs’ game-winning lamplighter in 7-1 non-league home victory over Mercyhurst (10/13) and also at Wayne State (1/13) on a power play to go with an assist . . . Started out season with five points (2-3=5) in his initial four games while tallying a marker in two consecutive contests – vs. Union (10/7) and Mercyhurst (10/13) . . . Scored a goal in back-to-back CCHA home victories over Michigan State (2/13) and Bowling Green State (2/16) . . . High School/Juniors:
Played two seasons (2004-05 and 2005-06) for the Texarkana Bandits of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) under head coach Jon Cooper . . . Selected team’s top offensive player following 2005-06 season after scoring a squad-high 34 goals with 22 assists for 56 points in 56 contests which placed him in a tie for 27th place on the NAHL’s top points leaders list . . . His 34 lamplighters represented the fourth-best goals output in the NAHL for the 2005-06 campaign . . . Scored 12 power-play goals and had 11 game-winning markers a season ago, both team highs . . .
