Freshman (2006-07)
Co-winner of FSU’s Blue Line Competitive Award . . . Finished tied for fourth place among the Bulldogs’ top-scoring defensemen with 10 points in 29 games and tied for 12th in overall team points . . . His four multi-point game efforts tied for the fifth highest on the squad while his two game-winning lamplighters tied for top team honors . . . Accounted for the game-winning goal in the Bulldogs’ 5-2 decision at number-one ranked Notre Dame (2/23) and also provided an assist . . . Earned CCHA Rookie of the Week plaudits (2/5) after scoring twice in a 4-2 victory over Ohio State (2/2) and then helping Ferris kill off 10 of the Buckeyes’ 12 power-play chances, including three five-on-three man-advantage opportunities in a 6-2 win vs. Ohio State (2/3) . . . First collegiate points occurred on a pair of assists at Northern Michigan (1/6) and concluded the league outing at plus one . . . Chipped in with an assist apiece at Wayne State (1/13) and against Bowling Green State (2/17) . . . Netted a power-play score and supplied a helper at Western Michigan (1/23) . . . Tied for sixth place on the squad in power-play points with seven (2-5=7) . . . Finished with at least a plus one or better efficiency rating in seven contests . . .
