Women's Basketball Webcast Information
Important Note: There will be no Bulldog Radio coverage available for Tuesday's (March 3) GLIAC Tournament quarterfinal-round game at Northwood. Vist the internet event schedule page at this link to follow the action: Internet Event ScheduleThe Ferris State University Athletics Department has announced Bulldog Radio will carry FSU women's basketball action during the 2008-09 campaign for the third consecutive year. Bulldog Radio, which is a registered student organization on the FSU campus, will air live all 22 of Ferris State's Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) women's basketball contests with the additional possibility of postseason action this campaign. Games can be heard live locally on television Channel 21 both via on-campus cable and Charter Communications in Mecosta County. A live 24-hour webcast of the signal is also available at www.bulldogradio.org. Ferris State Assistant Athletics Communications Director Rob Bentley will call the action for all road contests for the seventh consecutive year while sports announcer Gilbert Bransford of Bulldog Radio will be the play-by-play voice for home games. Bulldog Radio webcasting streams are active to approximately 200 simultaneous users running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The streams are available in several different formats including Windows Media Player, RealPlayer and WinAmp media programs.
