FLITE Joins MeLCat!

In March 2005, FLITE became a charter member of MeLCat, a new statewide online catalog that links the catalogs of over 30 academic and public libraries within the state of Michigan. An InterLibrary Loan system, MeLCat allows FLITE patrons to place online InterLibrary Loan requests for books and other materials not available at FLITE. Look for the 'Search MeLCat' button in the FLITE online catalog when discovering that FLITE does not have a particular item:

Once in MeLCat, simply click on the 'Get this for me!' link to request the item. NOTE: For the Ferris ID Barcode Number, only type in the fourteen digit number, not the 'A's' that bracket the number:
