Getting Help - By Chat Reference

A real-time chat reference service is available for the Ferris State University community during the following hours while classes are in session.

• Sunday: 1 p.m. - 10 p.m.
• Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
• Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Saturday: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.

During semester breaks the hours are Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
