Balcony Use Policy
Groups using rooms 438 and 442 have access to the 4th floor balcony at the discretion of the group leader (i.e., the person responsible for checking out the key). The balcony doors use the same keys as the corresponding entry doors into 438 and 442. Before exiting the room the balcony doors must be closed and locked.
Banners hung from the balcony must be approved by the Dean of the Library, and the design must be approved by University Advancement and Marketing.
Approved by FLITE Library Administrative Council October 16, 2002; Revised and approved by FLITE Library Administrative Council February 3, 2010.
