Placing Your Message on Ferris Cable Television
FSU's cable television information channel is available to campus organizations and registered student organizations to promote events, meetings and activities. Local non-profit and community organizations are invited to use the cable channel to promote public events and activities.
Your announcement will be broadcast throughout the campus on cable channel 7 and to the Big Rapids community on Charter Communications channel 22. Student-specific event information will be displayed on the Bulldog Radio/Student Information Channel on campus cable channel 22 (Charter Communications channel 21).
Announcement requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be displayed as space is available. Ferris State University makes no guarantee that announcements will be broadcast on Ferris cable television. All announcements are subject to Ferris State University policies and procedures. Announcements are subject to editing .
Community event announcement requests from non-profit or community organizations can also be sent by mail or fax.

Registered Student Organizations: Announcements for RSO events are required to meet the acceptable use policies, The Student Leadership and Activities office will approve all RSO announcements prior to airing on Ferris cable television.

About Ferris Cable Television
Content on the Ferris cable television channels is maintained by the FSU Media Production Department . The Bulldog Radio/Student Information Channel is a cooperative project between the Bulldog Radio RSO and Media Production. The Ferris cable channel is provided as a free service to the Ferris campus and the Big Rapids community to promote campus engagement . Questions or comments can be sent via e-mail to FerrisTV@ferris.edu.
FSU Media Production also re-broadcasts selected FSU sports events such as home hockey and football games. Winter and Fall commencement exercises are broadcast live on Cable 7 (Charter 22). Student-produced programming from the Television and Digital Media Production department is aired during fall and winter semester. Media Production periodically airs programming of interest to the campus and the community.
