A new way of placing Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests has come to FLITE. Starting May 11, 2007 we began using ILLiad as our ILL processing software. What does this mean for you? Once you register for the service, all future requests will not require you to enter your personal information. Just login to place your requests. The Find-it links will work with ILLiad as well, so once again, no typing of personal information is necessary. Just click a Find-it link, login to ILLiad, and your request is sent with a click of a button. On the processing end it also means no typing for FLITE staff either, so your requests will get processed much faster than before.
All Ferris State University faculty, staff, and students are eligible to use this new service.
