Shirley works in the Access Services department on the first floor of FLITE. She provides information and assistance to faculty, staff, and students for library services at the circulation desk, explains library policies and procedures to patrons, and supervises student assistants with their job duties.Shirley provides database access to off campus students, files loose leaf material for the reference and legal area and provides back-up support for patron fines and bills.
