As Computer Technician for FLITE, Leeann deals with the day-to-day maintenance of computers and peripherals that are used by the staff, students, and public. To assist with this task, she has developed an equipment inventory database. Some of Leeann's responsibilities include: repairing and installing computers and printers, rebuilding old computers and installing software, disposing of defective computer equipment, assisting employees and patrons with computer or software problems, and organizing and maintaining paperwork for her supervisor.
