As Head of Library Systems and Operations, Leah Monger administers many of the behind-the-scenes activities in the Library including acquisitions, cataloging, serials control, binding and conservation, accounting and automation. Exactly how this former English major developed a reputation for number crunching and bean counting is unknown, but Leah has become the chief statistics gatherer for the Library. Leah has served on a number of Library and University Committees; she currently heads a project team to develop emergency response procedures and a disaster recovery plan for FLITE
