As Digital Media Specialist for Media Production, Jeff Gabalis provides support for classroom instruction and other University and community activities. Jeff will work with faculty and staff to produce multimedia presentations for use in CD, DVD, Internet, and other electronic media formats. He can provide assistance in producing computer-based media presentations, which can range from PowerPoint presentations to self-paced authored computer-based training programs.

Jeff is happy to provide answers to image-related questions and will work to troubleshoot and solve technical problems. In addition to digital images, he also has applied expertise in the areas of digital video and audio. He actively works with faculty in the transition form film to digital imaging. Jeff works to stay abreast of new media technologies as they emerge.

Jeff's broad base of experience also includes marketing research and analysis, product assessment, desktop publishing and document design, and print media.

Before joining Media Production, Jeff was on the staff of FSU’s Corporate and Professional Development Center as a Multimedia Development Specialist/Project Manager. His 13+ years experience working in this dynamic environment gives him a unique perspective in creating solutions to match the needs and expectations of the customer.
