The University Archives will supply boxes and provide pickup of small amounts of records on request. Departments are asked to fill out a records transfer memo which can be found on the forms page.
For all other records, including faculty papers, donors are required to sign a gift agreement which is available upon receipt of material.
Copies of the full collection policy are available upon request from the University Archivist.
