From the Journal of the House of Representatives,
May 14, 1913 (pp. 2265)
To the Speaker of the House of Representatives:
Sir: I am returning without my approval
House bill No. 142 (file No. 231, enrolled No. 231), entitled
A bill to amend section 1 of Act No. 91 of the Session Laws of 1839 entitled "an act to provide for the recording of town plats, and for vacating the same in certain cases," being section 3372 of the Compiled Laws of 1897, as last amended by Act No. 8 of the Public Acts of the first special session of 1912, relative to approval of plats by the Auditor General.
This is an almost exact duplicate of the Senate Bill No. 453 (file NO. 442, enrolled Act No. 148). Having already signed the Senate bill, I reject House Enrolled Act No. 231.
