PILOT
PILOT introduces students to basic concepts of information literacy and how they apply to some typical undergraduate level assignments. These basic concepts can also be applied to more complex research needs.
PILOT can be taken all at once (five units), or each unit can be used independently of the others. The units cover:
- identifying types of resources useful for research;
- selecting resource(s) to meet your needs;
- finding information;
- retrieving resources containing needed information;
- evaluating resources and the information they contain.
