Finding Online Books

General Search Screen
From the Library's homepage, or the Library Tab in MyFSU, you will enter the catalog's general search screen, pictured below:
- Make sure that you have selected Catalog and then type in a search term and click Submit.
- You will see a list of results. On the left-hand side of the results screen it says Refine by - Click on ebooks to show a listing of only e-books.
- Click on titles of interest, and then click on the link in the record to go to the e-book
Advanced Search Mode
From the Library's homepage, or the Library Tab in MyFSU, you have the option of entering the Advanced Search mode. You can also enter the Advanced Search mode by using the Find Books link from the library's main navigation bar. (see below):
The advanced search screen will allow you to search by keyword, title, author, etc. To limit your search to e-books:
- Select Keyword for your search type
- Type in your search term
- Under the Material Type drop-down menu, select EBOOKS and run your search
- Click on titles of interest, and then click on the link in the record to go to the e-book
