IAAEE's registered agent. He was the author of "Morality
and the Empire," a letter to the editor of National Review

in the magazine that Sir Oswald Mosley's solution to "the
Notting Hill problem" was unthinkable and that it would undermine
the moral basis of the British Empire. He also wrote a review
of Nathaniel Weyl's The Negro in American Civilization
in Mankind Quarterly 1 (January 1961), pp. 223-225.The
first issue of Western Destiny carried an ad for IAAEE
that used Fox's law office for its Treasurer's address.

"Eminent
Scientist Testifies for Liberty Lobby." Liberty
Letter, no. 35 (September 1963).
[WASHINGTON, July 19 (LLNS) -- "Testifying
today before Rep. Emanuel Celler's (D-NY) Judiciary Committee,
Dr. Robert E. Kuttner took issue with the entire theory of forcible
integration. LIBERTY LOBBY flew Dr. Kuttner from Omaha,
Nebraska, to make the presentation.
"Speaking in behalf of 25,000 supporters
of LIBERTY LOBBY, Dr. Kuttner followed the powerful leftist extremist,
Walter Reuther, who held the eager and obedient attention of the
members of the subcommittee for 1½ hours. Repeating the
usual, worn-out old platitudes, Reuther explained why all America
must prostrate itself before the minority special interests.
"Kuttner took the unique but sound approach
of dealing with the infamous 'Black Monday' decision of
the Warren Court in its own terms. In this May 17, 1954
decision the Warren Court threw out traditional constitutional
law and dredged up dubious 'modern authorities' who favored integration.
"Ignoring the interesting leftist records
of these 'authorities,' Kuttner stuck to sound scientific principles
of sociology, psychology and biology indicating race differences.
These, he claimed, under conditions of forcible integration, are
more likely to cause resentment and hostility among the White
majority and psychological wounding and hostility among Negroes
than a feeling of brotherhood and solidarity.
"Members of the subcommittee, unable to
cope with the irrefutable facts and compelling logic he cited,
interrupted Kuttner repeatedly. In site of his complete
composure and scientific detachment, and, although suffering badly
from asthma, left the witness table much the victor in the battle
of words.
"Dr. Kuttner, 35, received his Ph.D. from
the University of Connecticut. He is presently teaching
in Normal Biology at Creighton Medical School, Omaha, Nebraska.
He is Assistant Editor of MANKIND, a scientific quarterly published
in Edinburgh, and is past President of an international association
devoted to ethnology and eugenics.
