Fitness Programs:

Two 1,200 square foot aerobics studios with hardwood spring floors and state-of-the-art sound systems. Each studio has full length mirrors on front walls and vertical blinds on back wall windows.

  Fitness classes are offered at the Student Recreation Center:
 

Cardio Fun
High/low aerobic dance, cardio kick and low weight/high rep weight work is combined to burn fat and tone muscles.

All fitness levels are encouraged to attend.

Circuit Course
Combines cardio, weights and stretching for a complete body workout.

Perfect for beginner or advanced fitness enthusiasts.

Kick Boxing
A high energy high effective workout for burning fat while sculpting and toning your body.

Appropriate for the intermediate to advanced fitness enthusiast.

Pilates
Sculpted muscle tone is the focus of this class. A core workout to tone hips, abs, thighs, lower back and buns.

Step & Abs
30 minutes of step cardio is combined with an ab work and stretching for a quick morning workout.

Super Step Interval
High energy, cardio work with an added twist of sculpting with weights.

All fitness levels are encouraged to attend.

Water Aerobics
A high intensity workout in the water that is easy on your joints and offers great muscle toning.

All fitness levels are encouraged to attend.

Yoga
Focus on self, breathing, finding balance, gaining flexibility and creating an overall feeling of wellness.

All fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
