Position Responsibilities:  The secretary takes roll of every hall representative present at general assembly meetings, and is responsible for making sure that every hall is aware of their standing and voting rights within RHA.  The secretary also prepares meeting agendas handed before each general assembly meeting as well as providing every member with a copy of the minutes from the previous meeting.
