Position Responsibilities: The parliamentarian is held responsible for keeping order throughout all general assembly meetings by following "Robert's Rules of Order." Also, it is their responsibility to make sure that all needed changes and corrections are made to the RHA constitution.  The parliamentarian is also in charge of having a sign-in at every meeting for anyone present with a concern or proposal that they would like to be brought to the general assembly, known as a hearing of the public.
